Ingredient List

Strong wheat flour, chicken feet, mushroom, water, cooking oil, salt, sugar, garlic, dark soy sauce, shallot oil, soy sauce and permitted preservatives.

Cooking Instructions

❶ Place noodle into briskly boiling water(400ml)
❷ Cook and simmer for 2-3 minutes
❸ Strain noodles
❹ Mix seasoning sachets in a bowl.

Optional:
❶ Pour out the braised mushroom & chicken feet, reheat in microwave for 1 minute.
❷ Reheat the braised mushroom & chicken feet for 1-2 mins in boiling water.

Storage

The food is packed with SGS verified food grade aluminium pack. It is able to store up to 12 months in the room temperature. Please do refer to product packaging on actual expiry date.

We don't add any preservatives during the production, however as the soy sauce that we use comes with preservatives, hence we can't really claim it as preservatives-free.
