Noodle Cake: Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Sodium Carbonate (INS 500(i)), Potassium Carbonate (INS 501(i)), Wheat Gluten.

Retort Pack: Chicken Feet (50%), Mushroom (18%), Soy Sauce, Water, Garlic, Cooking Oil, Modified Starch (INS 1422), Flavour Enhancer (INS 621, INS 627, INS 631), Permitted Food Conditioner (INS 551), Sugar, White Vinegar (INS 260), Thick Soy Sauce, Maltose (Glutinous Rice and Wheat), White Pepper Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Aniseed Powder.

Black Soy Sauce: Thick Soy Sauce, Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Flavour Enhancer (INS 621, INS 627, INS 631), Permitted Food Conditioner (INS 551), Salt.

Shallot Oil: Cooking Oil, Shallot, Garlic, Ginger.

ALLERGEN ADVICE: This product contains wheat and soya bean.

Cooking Instructions

❶ Place noodle into briskly boiling water(400ml)
❷ Cook and simmer for 2-3 minutes
❸ Strain noodles
❹ Mix seasoning sachets in a bowl.

Optional:
❶ Pour out the braised mushroom & chicken feet, reheat in microwave for 1 minute.
❷ Reheat the braised mushroom & chicken feet for 1-2 mins in boiling water.

Storage

Keep in a cool and dry place. It keeps 12 months unopened, with no fridge and no preservatives. Once the pack is opened, eat it straight away.
